Pawan Kalyan Biography
Pawan Kalyan is an Indian film actor, director, screenwriter, and politician. He was born as Konidela Kalyan Babu on September 2, 1971, in Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh, India. He is the youngest brother of Chiranjeevi, a famous actor and politician.
Pawan Kalyan started his acting career in 1996 with the film “Akkada Ammayi Ikkada Abbayi”. He then went on to star in several successful films like “Tholi Prema”, “Thammudu”, “Badri”, “Kushi”, “Jalsa”, “Gabbar Singh”, and “Attarintiki Daredi” among others. He has won several awards for his performances, including four Filmfare Awards for Best Actor.
Apart from acting, Pawan Kalyan has also directed and produced a few films. He made his directorial debut with the film “Johnny” in 2003 and has produced films like “Gabbar Singh” and “Sardaar Gabbar Singh” under his production company Pawan Kalyan Creative Works.
In addition to his film career, Pawan Kalyan is also actively involved in politics. He founded the Jana Sena Party in 2014 and contested the Andhra Pradesh assembly elections in 2019. He is known for his philanthropic work and has also launched a charitable organization called Common Man Protection Force (CMPF).
Pawan Kalyan is married to Anna Lezhneva and has two children with her. He was previously married to Nandini from 1997 to 2007 and Renu Desai from 2009 to 2012. He is known for his unique style and has a huge fan following in the Telugu-speaking states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
